Daisy is a very sweet person, but she has terrible communication, doesn't call when she says she's going to, and seems to only have a base-level understanding of what she's doing. She recommended a process to me that ended up having significant tax implications neither she nor her boss had any idea about and I only found out about after the deal had been executed -- it's my fault for not investigating it more thoroughly myself, but I trusted her as an advisor and showed her level of competence). I never felt like a knowledgeable partner with any degree of urgency. During the process, I found out things in retrospect I should have known ahead of time, and by the end of our HELOC experience her boss had to take over and tell me if I had questions just to go to him because it didn't seem like he much trusted her, either. Jed was very helpful, instrumental in closing our HELOC, and I'm grateful for that -- but this has been a terrible experience and I will not recommend this company to anyone, ever. Once the loan closed, Daisy sent me cookies, which was very sweet -- but absolutely no information on how to manage my loan, pay my monthly payment, when payments would start -- nothing -- despite asking several times. I ended up having to ask Jed for that, too. There is nothing to fix here, the loan closed and I'm happy about that, but you guys need to take a look at the people representing you out there in the world. Daisy seems to be a kind person who is in WAY over her head. I will never use Guardian or Sunflower again.

Both Hakan and his assistant, Cheyenne, were very helpful with navigating through the contingencies we had to meet for the loan. Hakan is very calm and confident which is contagious; definitely necessary for a process that is stressful.
